Three week study of 405 mothers and their infants or toddlers aged 7-36 months. During week 1 (baseline) mums followed their usual pre-bedtime routine. During weeks 2 and 3 the intervention group implemented a consistent nightly routine, including a warm bath, massage and quiet time, whilst the control group continued with their previous routines.15

After using the JOHNSON'S® bedtime routine, mums experienced less tension and fatigue, and felt more confident in their ability to manage their child's sleep.15,16

Significant improvements in infant/ toddler sleep were maintained one year later. 87.3% continued to use the prescribed routine at least half of the time one year later.*
