2.1 The title of the Promotion is Asda and Johnsons Baby Gift Bag. The promotion is only open to residents in the United Kingdom excluding NI, aged 18 years or over, except employees (and members of their immediate families/households) of the Promoter, its affiliated companies, their agencies and anyone professional connected with this promotion. The Promoter may ask the claimant to provide proof of age.
3. HOW TO ENTER
3.1 The promotion will run from 29.11.23 (the “Opening Date”) until free gifts have sold out.
3.2 All redemptions must be made by the Closing Date at point of purchase.

5.2 Gift is subject to availability, no cash alternative, not negotiable or transferable, and cannot be purchased separately.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

7.1 The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
7.2 These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
