How do I enter?

Entry is via www.johnsonsbaby.co.uk/storks and you will need to upload an image of your receipt(s) showing the purchase(s) of 4 x single STORKS promotional packs and one image of the 4 x single STORKS promotional packs/packaging.


What do I need to enter?

You will need to have receipts showing the purchase of 4 x single STORKS promotional packs of JOHNSON’S® Baby Wipes and 1 x image of all 4 single STORKS promotional packs or packaging.


What is a promotional pack?

A promotional pack is a pack of single JOHNSON’S® Extra Sensitive Baby Wipes or JOHNSON’S® Gentle All Over Baby Wipes which feature the main characters from the Warner Bros film, STORKS and refer to this promotion.


Where can I buy promotional packs?

Promotional packs are available from all major UK and ROI retailers.


How many toys are available?

There are 44,000 toys available during the promotional period. Toys are available in order of claims received.

How will I know when my STORKS toy is due to arrive?

Once you have entered the promotion, within 3-5 business working days, you will receive an email informing you that your delivery is on its way. From the date of the email, it can take up to 28 days to arrive.


I haven't received any emails telling me when my STORKS toy is due to arrive

I have lost my receipt(s)?

Unfortunately there is nothing that we can do to help if you have lost your receipts. The promotional rules and regulations strictly state that a receipt for entry is required.


I didn't realise you had to take a picture of all 4 packs, I only have the receipt and have thrown the packs away.

I only have 3 of the 4 receipts, what can I do?

The promotional rules and regulations strictly state that receipts must total the purchase of 4 x single STORKS promotional packs for entry.


I didn't realise that I needed my receipt.

The T&C's are visible on each promotional pack and would have informed you of all entry requirements.

How will I know when my STORKS toy arrives?

You will receive an email informing you that your STORKS toy is on its way. It will arrive within 28 days of the day that your email was sent.


I have been rejected for receiving the STORKS toy, what does this mean?

Unfortunately this means that you have not supplied the correct requirements for entry. You will have been notified by email and you will have been given a reason(s) for rejection of entry. However, don't worry, if you rectify the issue you can apply again and receive your free STORKS toy.


If rejected what do I have to do to re-enter?

You will be required to re-enter in exactly the same way as your original entry. We do not hold your personal data beyond this promotion, you will be required to provide these again.


I want to speak to someone about why I received a rejection email?

If you require some clarification of your rejection then please email Storkspromotion@sayhelloagency.com. You will receive a response within 24 hours of receipt of email.


It is over the 28 days of when I received my email and my STORKS toy still hasn't turned up?

If you have not received your STORKS soft toy within 28 days please email Storkspromotion@sayhelloagency.com. You will receive a response within 24 hours of receipt of email.


My STORKS toy was damaged in the post, where do I send it back to and claim another one?

We are sorry to hear that your STORKS toy was damaged in the post as we strive to ensure that all toys are delivered in a secure and perfect manner. Please can you send a picture of your STORKS toy to: storkspromotion@sayhelloagency.com and explain exactly what damage was caused by the delivery of the toy. We will respond to you within 5 working days and advise on next steps.
