All good things must come to an end and we hope that JOHNSON'S® Baby Club gave you and your family a helping hand. However, after two years, we are now turning our attention to some exciting new plans. Watch this space!

Do I still have a JOHNSON'S® Baby Club account?

Your JOHNSON'S® Baby Club account has now been closed so you can no longer enter points or claim rewards. However, we have kept your contact details on our database so we can inform you about any future promotions that might interest you. You can opt out of these communications at any time by unsubscribing from our emails or contacting Customer Services.

Why can’t I login to JOHNSON'S® Baby Club?

Rewards

There was a reward I really wanted. Is there any way to get it now?

Unfortunately JOHNSON'S® Baby Club has now closed and it’s too late to claim any rewards. We’re sorry that you’ve missed out. We are sorry if this has caught you unawares but we took several steps to let members know about the closure via email and also the website. The closure means that the rewards are no longer available, so although we would love to help, we can’t do it on this occasion.

What can I do if I didn’t receive my reward or it arrived damaged/broken?

Please contact our customer service support on babyclub@coinks.zendesk.com and they will be happy to assist and arrange a replacement where possible.

Will you be running another rewards programme in the future?

At the moment, we have no plans to run another rewards programme, but never say never! We will send emails about any other promotions so make sure you add us to your safe list.

Why can’t I enter my codes?

All good things must eventually come to an end and JOHNSON'S® Baby Club has now finished. Therefore, the website has now closed and we are no longer accepting codes for this promotion.

Why are packs with codes still in the market?

We stopped printing JOHNSON'S® Baby Club packs featuring points some time ago. However, our products have a very long shelf life, so packs may still be available in the shops. We can’t do anything about this unfortunately but they will fizzle out eventually

Prize draws

I entered a lot of prize draws to use up my points. Did I win?

We notified all prize draw winners via email so check your inbox (and your junk email). We didn’t notify non-winners so if you haven’t heard from us, then you haven’t been lucky this time around.
